 Dear Future Self,           Hi Emma. I hope you were able to graduate... JK! I am sure you are living an amazing life, with the family! Omg and you have lovely kids, and your dream husband!! You are living your dream life and I am sure you are feeling beyond blessed and happy everyday! How is mom and Andrew and Matthew? I'm sure you are still best friends with them, and have an even bigger family now that you all have significant others and kids! How are all the cousins? I am sure everyone is still as close as we have been since we were kids. I hope Michaela, Kendall, and Ally, are all doing well and that you are all still besties. Emma is now in college, a junior already!! I am so happy and so blessed. I love all my classes this semester (Fall 2023), and mom just got me my first car! So crazy. I live with three awesome girls: Maya Isabel, Ariane, they are the sweetest and coolest people! We all hang out like every night and day, and we all clash so well together, so it is great.

  Riptide Surf & Co. I decided to design a surfing company, since I enjoyed surfing when I was a kid. The logo I decided to illustrate represents a surfing company named “Riptide”. I added waves, and a pretty turquoise color to represent the ocean. Surfing has a lot of significance and meaning in my life, as it makes me feel at ease and grounded in nature. It may be a communal pastime, but it also provides opportunities for isolation and introspection. I find solace in the quiet moments while waiting for the right wave. Surfing was a hobby for me and all my cousins and uncles, and I became very interested in it. I learned how to surf in Hawaii, and it was the most beautiful day of my life. Surfing is connected to a great sensation of freedom. When you catch a wave, you feel like you're soaring on water, and all troubles and distractions drift away for a brief while. It's the sensation of being totally alive and liberated in the current moment. I will always cherish the co

    My name is Emma Alletto, I am and AD/PR major with a minor in Marketing. I am from Long island, New York. I love to be with my friends and family, read, workout, go to the beach/pool, I love to travel and try new things. I love being outside, and going on walks or hammocking. Somethings I expect from this course are to, advance my technology skills, engage with others, and to learn new ways of using technology.  I am super excited, and looking forward to expanding my knowledge on technology, software, and the many more topics that we discuss. At first, I was nervous that I wasn't going to be skilled enough for the class, but Professor  Gutierrez reassured me and made me feel more comfortable. Overall, I am looking forward to this course, and all the new things I will be learning!
